Theophilus Eze Palmer

Theophilus Eze Palmer is an experienced HSE professional with a robust background in health, safety, and environmental management within the oil and gas construction sector. Currently serving as a Health Safety Environment Officer at Target Engineering Construction Co LLC since February 2021 and as an HSE Engineer at Gogas Corporation since July 2019, Theophilus has also held roles at Al Fanar Gas Group and Herman Sinon Services, where responsibilities included overseeing dredging projects and gas processing plant activities.
