John Wolf

VP, Construction at Target Hospitality

John serves as Target Hospitality’s Vice President of Construction. He is responsible for oversight of all Target Hospitality construction projects and supporting operational maintenance projects. With over 20 years of construction experience, his knowledge of building modular workforce housing lodges and facilities support includes managing site supervision, timelines, budgets, estimating, and forecasting.

John began his journey with Target Hospitality in 2014. In his first year with the company, he was responsible for the onsite construction of The South Texas Family Residential Center in Dilley, TX. In addition to that project, over the last 7 years, he has been instrumental in the completion of construction activities in the Permian Basin expansions of nearly 8000 beds which included construction of four new Target Hospitality Lodges totaling 3000 beds and the integration of 4900 Signor Lodging beds into the lodge network.

John received his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design and Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
