Vice President, Finance And Corporate Development at Target Hospitality

Matt Sipiora has extensive work experience in corporate development and finance. Matt began their career as an Applications Engineer at Baker Hughes in 2009. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at SNC-Lavalin in commercial development roles, first as an Engineer and then as a Manager. In 2013, they joined ConocoPhillips as an MBA Finance Consultant. In 2014, they interned as a Corporate Development MBA Intern at Howard Energy Partners. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at American Midstream, LP, first as a Senior Associate, then as a Senior Corporate Development Lead, and finally as a Director of Corporate Development. During their time at American Midstream, they evaluated midstream assets and worked on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Since 2019, Matt has been Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development at Target Hospitality, where they are responsible for identifying, structuring, and executing corporate diversification initiatives.

Matt Sipiora completed their education at the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2013 to 2015. During this time, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the Full-Time Program. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, they attended Michigan Technological University. At Michigan Tech, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a major in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Economics.
