The Human Resources Team at Target Hospitality is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention. They ensure compliance with labor laws, develop policies, and foster a positive workplace culture to support the company’s 22 communities and extensive network of over 10,000 beds.
