Aileen Guiney

Aileen Guiney currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Hennepin Healthcare and Vice President of Corporate Compliance & Ethics at Target. Aileen has a strong background in enterprise risk management, compliance, and legal advisory roles. With previous experience as an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at the University of Michigan, Aileen has a diverse skill set that includes strategic planning and leadership. Aileen holds a B.A. in Political Science from Northwestern University, a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and has participated in executive education programs at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
