Annie Valkova

Annie Valkova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise strategy development and consulting. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Enterprise Strategy Development at Target since September 2024, Valkova previously held the position of Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from September 2014 to September 2024. In this role, Valkova provided strategic advice to global consumer-facing and services companies, collaborating with CEOs and senior executives on various initiatives including growth, operational efficiency, and technology-driven transformations, while managing teams of over 20 members globally. Earlier in her career, Valkova worked as a Research Analyst at The Brattle Group from July 2009 to June 2012. Valkova holds an MBA in Strategic Management & Operations from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics and Molecular Biology & Biochemistry from Wesleyan University.
