Ben Brinkman

Ben Brinkman is currently an Executive Team Lead in Food and Beverage Sales at Target and serves as a Business Development Consultant at NC Precision Tech. With over a decade of experience in leadership roles across manufacturing, logistics, and retail, they have honed skills in relationship management, negotiation, and problem-solving. Previously, Ben worked in various capacities, including as an Asset Protection Manager at Sam's Club and a Manager in Charge at H-E-B, where they successfully launched pilot programs and led retail sales events. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Houston-Downtown and continues to pursue education at Houston City College.
