Beth Cieslik

Beth Cieslik is currently the Senior Director of Reputation Management and Brand Integrity at Target, where they focus on corporate social responsibility, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications. Previously, they served as the Director of Government Relations at Cargill and held multiple roles at Target, including Senior Director of Responsible Sourcing & Sustainability. Beth earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and completed a Policy Fellowship at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. They hold a BA in Political Science and Social Policy from St. Olaf College.
