Bob Abbondanza has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Bob started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Swagelok in 1994. Bob then founded their own company, Abbondanza Technologies, Inc., in 1999. After that, they worked at Amazon as a Manager, Throughput Capacity, where they were responsible for analyzing the impact of demand forecasts on fulfillment center capabilities. Bob then joined Vistaprint as a Senior New Product Engineer, where they optimized material handling programs. Following this, they served as Director of Process Engineering at Office Depot, where they rebuilt a process engineering team to solve strategic problems. Bob also worked at zulily as a Principal Process Engineer and at Office Depot as a Senior Director, Supply Chain Strategy. Most recently, they held the position of Vice President Supply Chain Solutions at Big Lots Stores before joining Target as Vice President, GSCL Capacity Planning & Execution in 2022.
Bob Abbondanza obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.
