Brandalyn Lippe has extensive retail management experience, having worked in various roles within prominent companies. Beginning a career at Victoria's Secret as a Co-Manager from 2008 to 2012, Brandalyn then transitioned to Carters Inc. as a Store Manager from June 2012 to August 2018. Following that, Brandalyn held the position of Store Manager at ANN INC (Ann Taylor | LOFT | Lou & Grey) from August 2018 to December 2022. Currently, Brandalyn serves as an Executive Team Lead for Specialty Sales and ETL HR at Target since February 2025. Brandalyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Biology from Marshall University, obtained in 2008.
