Previously, Brittany has held various roles at Target, including Associate in Merchandising Negotiations for Health, Beauty, and Personal Care, where significant profitability improvements were achieved. Brittany's early career included a focus on inventory management and business analysis, contributing to the management of substantial P&L and inventory assets. They earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development and Business Marketing from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
