Christopher Kincaid

Christopher Kincaid is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in continuous improvement and safety management. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Target since September 2016, Christopher has held various roles, including Senior Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager, focusing on optimizing outbound, inbound, warehousing, and packing operations. Prior to rejoining Target in November 2006, Christopher worked at Under Armour as Distribution Operations Manager, overseeing employee management and daily work assignments. Christopher’s career began at Weinerschnitzel as Shift Manager, and academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University of San Bernardino and an Associate’s Degree in Fire Technology from Victor Valley College.
