Daaja Shands

Daaja Shands is currently a Store Director at Target, where they lead efforts to enhance the shopping experience and build strong in-store leadership teams. Previously, Daaja held various roles including Store Manager at Express Factory Outlet and Assistant Store Manager at Justice. They also gained retail experience as a Sales and Support Generalist at Victoria's Secret Pink. Daaja earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration with a specialty in retail management from Bluegrass Community and Technical College.
