Darren Anderson

Darren Anderson, CPA, has extensive experience in financial reporting and compliance, currently serving as Senior Manager of External Financial Reporting at Target since June 2013, where responsibilities include managing SEC filings and providing accounting guidance for new initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Accountant for SEC Reporting at Nash Finch Company, where Darren led SEC document preparation, and consultant roles establishing excise tax processes for national distribution. With previous positions as Manager of Financial Reporting and Internal Audit at Nash Finch Company, and Senior Internal Auditor at Deloitte, Darren has a proven background in audit planning, SOX compliance, and technical accounting issues. Darren holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
