Davinia Roberts is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in loyalty marketing and visual merchandising. Currently serving as the Director of Loyalty Marketing-Partnerships at Target since April 2017, Davinia focuses on developing brand partner relationships to enhance the Target Circle Loyalty ecosystem. Davinia's previous roles include Lead Engagement Manager and Sr. Visual Merchandising Manager at Target, where skills in strategic partnerships and in-store experience execution were honed. Prior to Target, Davinia was a Regional Visual Project Manager at Zen Genius and the Designer/Owner of PLASTIC HEAVEN. Additionally, experience at Forever 21 involved managing visual display projects for the East Coast market. Davinia holds a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising from Radford University and further education from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM).
