Jeff Nguyen

Jeff Nguyen currently serves as the Director of Global Sourcing at Target, a position held since April 2005, where responsibilities include driving strategic growth, developing teams, managing supply chains, fostering supplier partnerships, and promoting sustainable sourcing practices. Prior roles at Target include PSQA Director, Senior Manager, PSQA, Manager, PSQA, Senior Manufacturing Technician, PSQA, Senior Auditor, and Auditor, with a focus on quality assurance, risk management, and continuous improvement in production processes. Prior experience includes roles in materials planning and production coordination at Maxport and Ho Guom Garment Factory, as well as a project coordinator internship with UNDP. Jeff Nguyen is pursuing dual MBA degrees from the University of Staffordshire and British University Vietnam, complementing a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from Hanoi University.
