Jocelyn Miller

Jocelyn Miller, M.Ed, has extensive experience in human resources, primarily with Target, where tenure began in May 2007 and includes roles such as Senior Director of Human Resources in Merchandise and Supply Chain, and Senior Group Manager for Merchandise Planning. In these positions, Jocelyn led teams that focused on talent cultivation and enhancing workplace culture. Additionally, Jocelyn served as Group Manager for Talent Acquisition, overseeing recruitment for Target's Technology Services and Marketing sectors. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager for SoftBrands from 1999 to 2007, with responsibilities in recruiting, talent management, and employee relations across the Americas division.
