Kady Little is currently the Executive Team Lead of Fulfillment Operations at Target, where they cultivate a culture of collaboration and guest engagement. With a robust background that includes roles such as Senior Executive Team Lead and Executive Team Lead of General Merchandise at Target, Kady has developed a passion for guiding team growth and fostering leadership. Prior to this, they served as Assistant Manager of Operations at Justice and as Pink Manager at Victoria's Secret. Kady is pursuing dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing at Wilmington University and in Consumer Merchandising/Retailing Management at Johnson & Wales University.
