Kaitlin Healy is a Lead Data Scientist in Global Supply Chain & Logistics at Target, where they leverage Python, SQL, and Databricks for data analysis and machine learning. Previously, Kaitlin held roles such as Senior Data Scientist and Associate Data Scientist, working on projects that included time series forecasting and automation to enhance labor planning and guest shopping behavior analysis. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Mathematical and Computational Sciences at the University of Iowa. Kaitlin enjoys mentoring teammates and engaging in discussions about data’s impact on everyday life. Outside of work, they are passionate about soccer and staying active.
