Katherine Kelley

Katherine Kelley, MBA, CSM, currently serves as the Director of Sortation Center Activation at Target, a role held since May 2021. Previously, Katherine held various positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota from August 2018 to May 2021, including Program Manager, where Katherine managed a team of 13 project managers on enterprise-wide initiatives, Principal Project Manager, and Principal Business Design Consultant, contributing to significant project implementations and client experiences. Earlier experiences include serving as Senior Project Manager at U.S. Bank, where Katherine improved processes for a digital project, and Project Manager at Hollstadt & Associates, overseeing software platform upgrades while managing budgets effectively. Katherine began a career in project management at WellClub, LLC, focusing on Agile Methodology for software upgrades. Katherine earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from St. Olaf College.
