Keri Stelle currently serves as VP of Target Tech, leading global engineering teams to enhance critical business capabilities across finance, contact centers, financial products, workforce and talent management, and risk and compliance. Prior to this role, Keri was SVP of Product Engineering at Shipt, driving the development of technology solutions for the Shipt Marketplace and Shopper Gig Ops. Keri has extensive experience at Target, holding various leadership positions over 25 years, including Sr. Director of IT for Digital and Marketing and overseeing technology for finance and sourcing solutions. Keri also initiated Target Canada’s technology infrastructure and has contributed to diversity and inclusion efforts within the organization. Keri's earlier career includes a role as a Consultant and Systems Engineer at EDS. Keri holds a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
