Kevin Norris has over 20 years of experience in Corporate Security and Assets Protection, primarily at Target Corporation. They have held various leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources - Crisis Management since December 2020, after serving in numerous positions focused on shortage resolution and team management. With a background that includes opening a new Super Target and leading teams in multiple areas of assets protection, Kevin has consistently driven operational and regulatory compliance. They are currently pursuing education at Kirkwood Community College.
