Kristin Ferrell is a Senior TA Manager specializing in executive search at Target, where they drive talent strategy for senior leadership roles in global supply chain and operations. Since joining Target in July 2019, Kristin has successfully filled numerous critical positions, including Senior Director and Vice President levels.
