Leanne Fuhs

Leanne Fuhs is the Operations Director at Target, where they have held multiple roles since 2018, including HR Business Partner and Senior Operations Manager. Prior to their tenure at Target, Leanne worked at DEFENDERS in various positions, including HR Partner and Leadership & Development Program Manager. Leanne began their career at Ball State University, serving as a Student Telecounselor and Student Ambassador. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and Spanish from Ball State University and participated in a study abroad program in Segovia, Spain in 2010.
