Leena Jacob

Leena Jacob is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and product design across several prominent companies. Currently serving as Director of UX at Target, Leena previously held the position of VP of Design at Meesho, leading a team of over 45 designers to develop user-centric solutions. Prior to that, Leena was the UX Lead & Manager for Google Pay, where the focus was on optimizing the app's core payment flows. Experience at Intuit includes serving as Principal Product Designer for QuickBooks Desktop, as well as roles at InMobi and Flipkart.com that emphasized collaboration and user-focused design. Earlier work includes positions at Running Bare UK and Yahoo!, complemented by a strong academic background with a Bachelor’s in Computer Graphic Design, a Master’s in Digital Media, and an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design & Advertising.
