Matt Flansburg

Matt Flansburg is a Senior Project Manager in Construction at Target, where they lead cross-functional teams to design and execute high-visibility construction projects, including sustainable innovations and small-format stores. Since joining Target in 2016, Matt has focused on mentoring project managers and enhancing construction processes through data integration and automation. Prior to Target, they held various project management roles at Atmosphere Commercial Interiors and InterContinental Hotels Group, developing procurement solutions and managing commercial projects. Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Bethel University, and they graduated from Saint Francis High School.
