Matthew Liegel

Matthew Liegel is currently the VP of Financial Accounting and Reporting at Target. Prior to that, they were a partner at PwC for 20 years, eight of which were spent as a partner. Matthew has worked in the Toledo and Minneapolis offices, as well as spending five years working in Lausanne, Switzerland and two years in PwC's National Office in the New York City area. Their focus at PwC was auditing large global public companies in the consumer and industrial products sectors, including significant experience with agribusiness companies.

Matthew Liegel has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a certification from the Accountancy Boards of Minnesota and Ohio in Certified Public Accountant (inactive). Matthew also has a degree in Understanding Your Client's Strategic Agenda from INSEAD.
