Melissa Kremer

Melissa Kremer, a seasoned HR professional, currently holds the position of EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Target since January 2005. Prior to this role, Melissa gained experience in various HR positions within Target, ultimately leading their to their current executive role. Before their time at Target, Melissa worked at Cargill, Inc. as a Recruiter from July 2000 to December 2004. Melissa holds a BA in Communications from the University of North Dakota.
