Michael Boegemann

Michael Boegemann is the Senior Director of Global Supply Chain and Logistics at Target, where they lead operations strategy for one of the largest retailers in the US. With a strong focus on service excellence and continuous improvement, Michael has held various leadership roles within Target, including Senior Distribution Director and Group Leader in Logistics. They served as a Major in the Minnesota Army National Guard, where they honed their skills in team building and strategic communication. Michael holds a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership from Bethel University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, graduating in the top 5% of their class for Army reserve component officers.
