Nicole Layne is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management, strategy, and business transformation. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Enterprise Product Management at Target since July 2024, Nicole previously held the position of Vice President of Strategy & Business Transformation at The AZEK Company, where strategic initiatives generated over $15 million in opportunities within the first year. During a five-year tenure at The Home Depot, Nicole advanced from Senior Manager to Director, effectively growing a team from 3 to 25 and enhancing IT capital investment prioritization processes. Early career achievements include leadership roles at Spanx, focusing on strategic planning for the Board of Advisors, and as an Associate at McKinsey & Company, developing international market strategies for clients.
