Pamela Hughet, CPA, is a collaborative and purpose-driven leader with extensive experience in operations, guest engagement, and team development. Currently serving as a Guest & Service Advocate at Target, Pamela trains new team members and enhances guest satisfaction through effective service delivery. Previously, as Vice President of Lifeline and Affordable Connectivity Program, Pamela led the national launch of a $14 billion broadband initiative and executed strategic initiatives in partnership with the White House. With a strong foundation in finance from the University of Virginia, Pamela has a proven track record in project management and team motivation across various roles, including Senior Audit Manager at Universal Service Administrative Company and Audit Manager at KPMG LLP.
