Pari Goetz, MAOL, is a dedicated HR professional and servant leader with experience in operations management and institutional research. Pari has worked at Target as an Operations Manager and Senior Human Resources Professional in 2023. Prior to this, Pari held positions at Cuesta College as an Institutional Research Assistant and Scheduling Specialist from 2019 to 2021, and spent over a decade at Siemens as a Business Service Coordinator from 2008 to 2019. Currently, Pari is pursuing a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at UMass Global and a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies, Management and Business at Columbia College.
