Pavan Sreepada is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Servant Leader at Shipt since November 2020, Pavan has also held multiple roles at Target since February 2014, including Senior Engineering Manager, Lead Engineer, and Technical Architect, focusing on the development of the Next Generation Promotions Experience. Prior experience includes positions as Tech Lead and Sr. Software Engineer at Walmart eCommerce from July 2011 to February 2014 and Sr. Development Analyst at Dell from August 2008 to July 2011, where expertise in the Supply Chain model and Java/JEE initiatives was developed. Pavan’s career began as a Software Engineer at Trianz Consulting Ltd from October 2006 to August 2008, following an internship at the State Bank of Hyderabad in 2005. Pavan holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, completed in 2006, and graduated from St. Andrews School in 2000.
