Ritika Khullar

Ritika Khullar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). As the Director of DEI and CSR at Target, Ritika leads initiatives to foster inclusivity within the organization. Previously, at Uber, Ritika served as the Head of DEI for the Asia-Pacific region, and at Flipkart, held dual roles as the Head of Inclusion & Diversity and Head Of Business Finance, collaborating with various departments. Ritika's career also includes a role as AVP for Operator Business at DataWind and leadership in product marketing for data and value-added services at Vodafone. Academically, Ritika holds a B.Com. Hons. in Marketing and HR from Shri Ram College of Commerce and completed earlier education at DAV Public School.
