Sallie Watson

Sallie Watson is the Director of Merchandising at Target, specializing in Newborn, Infant, and Toddler categories. An innovative merchant leader, they have a strategic vision that has resulted in numerous successful reinventions and brand launches. Sallie's strong collaboration skills facilitate solid partnerships, while their experience in leading large, complex cross-functional teams through adversity showcases their resilience. With a direct and honest approach, Sallie remains motivated by guest trends and the development of others. Previously, they held roles at Macy's and Marshall Field's, as well as serving as a Senior Buyer and Merchandise Director at Target. Sallie is currently pursuing a B.S. at Indiana University Bloomington.
