Sara Sticha has been with Target Corporation since 2011, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Sustainability, where they manage the company's Responsible Sourcing and Sustainability environmental program. They have also held various roles within Target, including Responsible Sourcing Manager and Supply Chain Sourcing Analyst.
