Shayna Raasch

Shayna Raasch currently serves as a Senior Specialist in Strategy & Operations for Target Owned Brands since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Kohl's as an Assistant Buyer and Merchandise Specialist, where responsibilities involved creating and managing multimillion-dollar purchase orders and supporting the launch of dress shops nationwide. Shayna also held a Marketing Assistant position at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, focusing on recruiting student models and managing brand ambassador compensation, as well as serving as a Digital Communications Intern, contributing to social media strategy and content development. Shayna began the career journey as a Resident Assistant while completing a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
