Sonny Fite

Sonny Fite is a Principal Structural Engineer at Target, where they lead the structural engineering aspects of new store growth initiatives and manage various construction support projects. Prior to this role, Sonny held positions at Target including Senior Manager Structural Engineering and Manager Structural Engineering, contributing significantly to disaster response, sustainability efforts, and the expansion of Target's building portfolio. Earlier in their career, Sonny was an Associate Structural Engineer at McSherry Group, where they designed key structures such as the Lambeau Field videoboard. Sonny earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and is currently pursuing a course in Arctic Engineering for licensure in Alaska.
