Starsea Deoss is a seasoned retail professional currently serving as the Corporate Retail Brand Experience Strategy + Design Manager at Target. With extensive experience in visual merchandising, they previously held roles including District Visual Merchandising Manager at Charlotte Russe and Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager. Starsea has also managed branding and social media for Feathered Friend Brewing. They began their career in fashion through various roles in styling and choreography, while earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Fashion Merchandising from Bay State College.
