Steve Brophy

Steve Brophy is the SVP of HR Strategy & Operations at Target. Steve started with the company in 1990 as an Assets Protection specialist and has held various positions within Target since then. In their current role, they are responsible for leading Target's HR strategy and operations. Under their leadership, Target has been able to create a more efficient and effective HR department that supports the company's overall business goals.

Steve Brophy holds a Bachelor of Science from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.

They work with Kiera Fernandez - Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, SVP, HR, Joseph Morales - VP of Human Resources - Global Supply Chain, Logistics & Operations, and Tim Smith - SVP of Pay & Benefits. Steve Brophy reports to Melissa Kremer, EVP & CHRO.
