Steve Guglielmi

Steve Guglielmi has over two decades of experience in the retail and human resources sectors. Currently, Steve serves as the Executive Team Leader of Human Resources at Target, a position held since October 2003, where responsibilities include staffing, development, recruitment, and retention of quality team members, as well as acting as a strategic business partner to the store team leader. Prior to this role, Steve worked as an HR District Resource for the Buffalo/Rochester Market, providing consultation on policy interpretation and team member investigations, while also serving as a technical trainer for HR. Previously, from October 1998 to October 2003, Steve was the Operations Manager at Tops Markets, overseeing all facets of store operations and managing perishable departments. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Economics from SUNY Empire State College, obtained between 2005 and 2008, and graduated from St. Francis High School in 1990.
