Sydney McMinn

Sydney McMinn is a Human Resources Leader with extensive experience in fostering a people-first culture and enhancing employee engagement. They have held leadership positions at Target as an Executive Team Leader of Service & Engagement and of Human Resources, as well as serving as Spa Director at Arch Amenities Group. Sydney previously directed youth and family programs at the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City and coordinated summer day camps. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in American History from the University of Oklahoma and have experience in education as a teaching professional.
