Tena Best is an accomplished leader in operational scale, efficiency, and digital transformation, with extensive experience in shared services and offshore operations. They have worked at Target in various roles, culminating as a Sr. Business Partner, where they managed multiple human resource operations projects and developed processes to enhance productivity and profitability. Prior to Target, Tena held positions at Bill’s Distributing and contributed to key accounts and inventory management.
