Tess Rud

Tess Rud is the Director of Internal Audit at Target, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role, they served as Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Target from 2019 to 2022 and worked at EY in various capacities, including Senior - Risk Advisory Internal Audit and Manager - Risk Advisory Internal Audit, from 2015 to 2018. Tess began their career as an IT Project Management Intern at RBC in 2011 and later gained experience as an Assurance Intern at Ernst & Young. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy from Boston College, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
