Tia Whitlock

Tia Whitlock is a Senior HR Executive currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Target, where they act as a strategic partner for the Chief Guest Experience Officer, focusing on Technology, Digital, and Marketing functions. Previously, Tia held various leadership roles at Target, managing HR teams across multiple functions, including Marketing and global technology, and has extensive experience in organizational development with Select Comfort. Tia also contributed to the field of education as an Adjunct Faculty member at St. Cloud State University, teaching courses on Diversity and Inclusion, Human Relations, and Sociology. They are currently pursuing a B.A. and an M.S. in Sociology and Organizational Behavior from St. Cloud State University.
