Veronica Urdaneta

Veronica Urdaneta is an accomplished business strategy leader, currently guiding remodel strategy initiatives at Target Properties, where they excel at transforming complexity into clarity. With a robust background in corporate strategy spanning roles in digital, marketing, merchandising, and sustainability, they have successfully driven enterprise-level initiatives that yield measurable results. Prior to their work at Target, Veronica completed a Commercial Leadership Program Internship at GE HealthCare and held various strategy-focused positions, including leadership roles in global operations improvements and sustainability initiatives. They also serve as a Board Member for the Loppet Foundation, which connects people to the outdoors through year-round adventure. Veronica earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Florida.
