Vimal Thachappillil possesses extensive experience in product management and delivery within the technology and financial sectors. As a Project Manager at Active.Ai, Vimal oversaw the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered conversational banking products, contributing to millions of secure customer interactions across the APAC region. Prior to this, Vimal served as Director of Product Management at Open Financial Technologies, where the MVP neo-banking platform was successfully designed and launched in a rapid timeframe. Other key positions include roles at Vodafone, where digital products were launched across Africa, and OnMobile Global Ltd, where management of B2C mobile content portals was executed. Currently, as a Senior Product Manager at Target, Vimal leads campaign automation initiatives to optimize workflows. A Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce was earned from St. Thomas College in Thrissur.
