Brady Probasco has a diverse work experience. Brady started their career as a Youth Worker and Assistant Teacher at Tees-Valley Youth for Christ in 2016. In this role, they provided assistance to underperforming students and organized weekly events with teams of volunteers. In 2018, Brady joined Code Ninjas as an Assistant and later became the Summer Director of Operations. Brady trained departmental employees, conducted interviews, and upheld professional relationships. In 2020, Brady became the President of AITP at Baylor University. Currently, they are working as a Senior Data Analyst at Targetbase, where they provide impactful analyses and strives for continuous learning and inclusivity.

Brady Probasco attended Baylor University from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Certificate in Data Analytics, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, and another BBA degree in Management Information Systems, General from the Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business.

In addition to their formal education, Brady has acquired several certifications. In August 2021, they completed the "Cert Prep: Excel Expert - Microsoft Office Specialist for Office 2019 and Office 365" course offered by LinkedIn. Brady also completed the "Master Microsoft Excel," "SQL Essential Training," and "Cert Prep: Excel Associate - Microsoft Office Specialist for Office 2019 and Office 365" courses through LinkedIn in the same month. In July 2021, Brady completed multiple LinkedIn courses, including "Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365)," "Excel: Advanced Formatting Techniques (365/2019)," "Excel: Advanced Formulas and Functions," "Excel: Charts in Depth," "Excel: Creating a Basic Dashboard," "Excel: PivotTables in Depth," and "Learning R." Furthermore, in May 2022, they obtained the "SAS Programming 2: Data Manipulation Techniques" certification from SAS.
