Doug Horstman has extensive work experience in the marketing technology industry. Doug started their career as a Database Analyst at Targetbase in 1991 and later worked as an Account Director at Rapp Collins Worldwide from 1994 to 2004. Doug then returned to Targetbase as the VP/Technology, responsible for managing technology services for large database clients. In 2009, they joined Merkle Inc. as the Vice President, Client Team Leader, where they supported and managed various business units, including customer data, campaign management, and analytics. In 2013, they joined RAPP as the VP Technology Services, leading marketing technology and infrastructure operations teams. Doug then moved to Targetbase in 2014 as the Vice President, Delivery. Throughout their career, they have focused on business development, solution development, delivery, client on-boarding, and relationship management.
Doug Horstman attended Texas A&M University from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing.
