Lindsey Pults has a diverse work experience across various industries. Lindsey began their career as a Financial Analyst/Client Manager at Chase in 1998. Lindsey then worked at Ericsson as a Business Consultant, where they led client relationships and project teams in the creation and implementation of mobile internet services.

Afterwards, Pults joined Match.com as a CRM Manager, where they developed and evaluated marketing strategies to increase customer conversion, retention, and re-acquisition. Lindsey utilized segmentation techniques and A/B testing to optimize communication effectiveness.

Pults then transitioned to ClubCorp as a Marketing Manager, where they trained and coached staff on overall marketing strategy and developed marketing plans for four-diamond resort properties.

Lindsey later worked as a Marketing Consultant at BOOST Marketing Consulting, where they implemented intelligent CRM strategies for a major wireless carrier to increase customer value.

Following that, Pults joined ClickSquared Marketing as an Account Director, Major Accounts, where they developed CRM/Direct Marketing programs for clients, including major hotel brands. Lindsey commissioned customer analyses and created marketing strategies based on identified trends.

Pults then joined The Picture People as Vice President of Marketing, where they transformed the company's profitability and oversaw direct marketing and loyalty programs. Lindsey also performed financial analysis of marketing initiatives.

Lastly, Pults is currently Vice President, Client Service at Targetbase. In this role, they lead top-tier accounts and focuses on creating data-driven marketing programs and personalized customer experiences. Lindsey collaborates with various departments and resources to provide best-in-class thinking and flawless execution.

Lindsey Pults earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University between 1992 and 1996. Following this, Lindsey pursued higher education and completed an MBA at the Mays Business School, which is a part of Texas A&M University, specializing in Marketing and Finance from 1996 to 1998.
